Unfortunately, Cope Jewellers no longer offers clock repair services. For any clock related queries, we would recommend contacting the British Horological Institute, or visiting their database of accredited repairers to find your nearest clockmaker.

A Pre-owned watch from Cope Jewellers allows you to own a superb timepiece that will often cost significantly less than buying the new equivalent, with the added benefit of being in a style or design that is no longer available in current ranges. If your preference is for something rare, vintage or classic then one of our pre-owned watches would be a great choice.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the UK.

Unfortunately, we are unable to repair plated jewellery.

Generally, we do not offer any bespoke jewellery services. If an already existing item needs remodelling/refurbishing we are able to help.

No, we do not offer piercing services at either location.

All of our jewellery repairs are done outside of the premises at both locations. The only repairs we do in-store are related to watches (batteries, bracelet alterations).

We do not buy jewellery or gold from customers at either location.
