The Oris founders were pioneers. Now, we’d call them disruptors. They left Switzerland’s watchmaking heartland and settled in Hölstein where they would be able to mix their watchmaking skills with the best of industry. It was a courageous move. The vision was to make high-quality watches at prices that made sense to world citizens of the day. And it worked.
