Our Nottingham team is spearheaded by Mr. Andrew Cope, keeping the family tradition alive.
Andrew is a Fellow of the National Association of Jewellers and a qualified gemologist. He has over 40 years experience in the watch and jewellery trade.
Alongside Andrew, we also have Chloe, who in 2020 graduated from Birmingham City University with a 2-year HND Jewellery and silversmithing course and a 1-year BA in Design for Industry. She handmakes her own jewellery in her spare time. You can find her work under @chloewhitingjewellery on Instagram and Facebook. Richard, who handles most of the servicing and repairs, has over 20 years of experience.
In-store repairs, such as replacing watch batteries and bracelet alterations, are done by Richards' expert hands. Our media and marketing channels are managed by Bruna, who graduated in 2024 from Nottingham Trent University with a First BA in Media and Communications.
At Cope Jewellers Newark, our team brings together a mix of family heritage, experience and friendly, familiar faces. Hannah, who oversees the Newark store, represents the sixth generation of the Cope family business. She previously ran the Pandora franchise stores from 2015 to 2023, before bringing it into our Newark store as a shop-in-shop, alongside Frankie and Paula. Frankie, former Pandora Store Manager, has recently completed her JET 1 Professional Jewellers qualification, while Paula brings fantastic experience and a warm, customer-first approach. Karen has spent her entire career in the jewellery industry and joined the Newark team in 2025 after managing our Worksop store for 5 years. Sarah and Leah are our Cope originals, with a combined 30 years in the business, and are a big part of what makes the store feel so welcoming. Together, the team is here to offer honest advice, great service and a personal touch every time you visit.
